When President Hsu started as a sales person for general purpose plastics like PVC, PP, ABS, PU and so on, engineering plastics’ knowledge, applications and processing were still very new for most of the industries in Taiwan. Mastering in Japanese, President Hsu got a very good chance to connect with Japanese engineering plastics suppliers and therefore impressed very much by Japanese advanced technologies. He also understood the market trend showed that demands toward the material would became higher and higher to innovate and expand more and more possibilities for end applications. This was why President Hus established Honour Glow Co. Ltd. to import engineering plastics.

In the early stage of building Honour Glow, many challenges were lying ahead for President Hsu. Fortunately, his solid selling skills and personal connections led this new company to develop and expand step by step. The most well-known milestone was an importing purchase order valued 20 million New Taiwan Dollars.

Honour Glow was also the pioneering importer for liquid packaging adhesives in Taiwan. DIC, Panasonic and ASO Group came to Taiwan market upon learning about Mr. Hsu’s good local channels.

Mr. Hsu’s mindset is influencing not only the second generation of Honour Glow’s top management but also its employees. Honour Glow’s vision is to provide customers the one-stop material total solutions to the customers by being passionate and persistent to offer the customers professional and quality service.
